摘要外骨骼机器人技术是一种与机械装置结合在一起的新人类的智能机器人。可以大幅度提高士兵的承载能力并且起到身体支撑和保护的作用。本文阐述了一种人体外骨骼机器人上臂前臂实现搬运功能应具备的关节和自由度,并对人体手臂进行了运动分析。本文的主要工作包括对前臂和上臂进行结构设计,通过对理论分析、设计计算、材料选择、机构工作原理的叙述完成零部件设计、计算和校核,最终完成装配和三文建模。同时还需要电机的选型,使其能够完成对装置的驱动。21857

Title Forearm, upper arm exoskeleton robot design
Abstract
Exoskeleton robot technology is human intelligence and the mechanical device with mechanical energy closely linked to a new robot. Soldiers can significantly increase the carrying capacity of the body and play a role of support and protection. This paper describes a robotic arm forearm bone outside the body to achieve handling function should have joint and freedom, and human arm motion analysis carried out. The main work includes structural design of the forearm and upper arm, through the theoretical analysis, design calculations, material selection, organization works to complete the narrative component design, calculation and verification, final assembly and completion of a three-dimensional modeling.
