摘要:金属薄带轧机设计主要包括机架、上、下支承辊、上、下工作辊,上支承辊安装在所述机架的工作窗口的上方,下支承辊则安装在机架的工作窗口的下方,上、下工作辊安装在工作窗口的中部,并且共同位于上、下支承辊之间,其中,上工作辊分别与上支承辊和下工作辊辊面接触,而下工作辊与下支承辊辊面接触。轧辊在轧制过程中直接或间接和轧件接触,强迫轧件产生塑性变形,因此承受很大的轧制压力、轧制力矩及动载荷。由于轧件温度高,轧辊用冷却液冷却,因此工作条件恶劣、繁重,所以对轧辊的强度、刚度、表面硬度、耐磨性、辊形都有较严格的要求,以保证轧件的质量和产量。轧辊调整装置的作用主要是调整轧辊在机架中的相作用对位置,以保证要求的压下量、精确的轧件尺寸和正常的轧制条件。上辊调整装置也称压下装置,它的用途最广,安装在所有的二辊、三辊、四辊和多辊轧机上。轧钢机机架是工作机座的重要部件,轧辊轴承座及轧辊调整装置等都安装在机架上。机架要承受轧制力,必须有足够的强度和刚度21963

Mill is the important base frame work parts, roll bearing and roll adjusting devices etc are installed on the frame. Frame shall inherit rolling force, must have the enough strength and rigidity.
