摘要随着我国化工业的发展,金属钾的需求量越来越大。本文结合北京某化工厂的生产 现状,对其金属钾的生产线进行升级设计,用自动化生产线替代原有的人工操作。该自 动生产线用双链动力式滚筒输送机以拖动金属模具盒,用可控注钾装置替代人工动作。 用 PLC 控制个动作的顺序,用光电传感器检测模具箱是否到位。70135
本文设计了该生产线的总体方案;对输送机进行了选型与计算;对电机进行了选型 校核,;对机架进行了具体的设计,并对重要零部件进行了校核。最后对控制系统提出 了控制要求。

Title Automatic Production Line for Potassium Forming Design of Overall Scheme and Conveying Mechanism
Abstract With the development of chemical industry in our country, the demand of metal potassium is growing. The current production status needs to be upgraded. In this paper, a design of automatic production line for the potassium forming is provided, combining with the current situs of production of a chemical plant in Beijing, to replace the original manual operation. The automatic production line uses power roller conveyor with double chain to drag metal mold boxes, and replaces artificial action with controllable potassium injection station. Plc control swquence of movements,aphotoelectric sensor to detect the position of the mold box.
This paper includes the design of the overall scheme of the production line, the selection and calculation for roller conveyor. The selection of motor has been checked. After he design of the frame, some important parts are checked. Finally, the control system control requirements are put forward.
