摘要在炮弹技术领域中,有一种叫做火箭增程的技术,这种技术是指火箭发动机由 于做高速被动的旋转,所以对于火箭高速旋转的研究必不可少,以及其对于发动 机工作性能的影响也是主要的研究领域。压力和推力在固体火箭发动机的正常工 作中是两个十分重要的参数,必须对这两个参数做必要的测试。因此,高速旋转 试验台正是为这样的测试而研究设计的。本文主要介绍了发动机压、推力一起测 试时的方法和原理,同时还在此基础上分析了当今试验台的使用情况和结构特点, 并对现今的试验台所存在的主要问题做出了说明。同时大致地画出了高速旋转试 验台的结构总装设计图,并给出了电机轴承推压力的选择。最后,结合现如今的 高速旋转试验台的发展近况给出了自己的看法,并对于其未来的发展做出了自己 的展望。70136

Title Engine Test-bed with High-speed Rotation
Abstract
In the shell art, there is a technique called extended-range rocket, which is passive as do high-speed rotation, so for the high-speed rotation of the rocket is essential, as well as its impact on the engine performance is mainly field of study.Pressure and thrust are two very important parameters in the normal operation of the solid rocket motor, and these two parameters must take the necessary tests. Thus, the test-bed with high-speed rotation is designed for such a test and research . This paper mainly describes the methods and principles of testing the pressure and thrust of engine , but also on the basis of this analysis and the use of the structural characteristics of today's test bench, test-bed and the main problems that exist today to make a note.Meanwhile,I roughly draw the structure of assembly drawings of the test-bed with high-speed rotation and provide the choice of motor bearing thrust pressure. Finally,I give my own views about the test-bed with high-speed rotation with reference to the recent develepment and make my own outlook to its future development.
