摘要由于在同一玻镁板材生产线上存在不同宽度和厚度规格的玻镁板 材,要求保证不同规格玻镁板材的生产质量;要求玻镁板材内材料如氧 化镁、硫酸镁、氯化镁、木屑等混合物均匀铺满模板;要求铺满材料的 模板被压得平整结实且滚压的过程有足够的动力使得板材向前移动。本 课题主要针对以上种种生产要求,结合玻镁板材生产特点,寻求最佳处 理方案和解决方法,并初步建立玻镁板材成型装备的实用模型以备玻镁 板材生产公司选用。81988
玻镁板材成型装备是集自动下料机构、自动调节下料宽度机构、自 动调节上、下滚筒距离机构和上、下滚筒自动相对旋转机构于一身的玻 镁板材成型机构,以自动化生产设备取代现有生产中的手动生产设备, 从而提高玻镁板材的生产效率和质量。本课题主要是研究如何优化玻镁 板材生产线中的玻镁板材成型机构,并使其满足玻镁板材新的生产要求。

Abstract There is a different width and thickness specifications of Glass-fibre & magnesium board on the same line of Glass-fibre & magnesium board production, requiring guaranteeing Glass-fibre & magnesium board production quality of different specifications。Requires materials such as magnesium oxide magnesium, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, sawdust mixture is to cover templates evenly; Requires templates which covered with materials to be pressed flat and to have enough power to make the plate moves forward in the rolling process。 This topic focuses on the above production requirements, combining the features of Glass-fibre & magnesium board production, seeking the best solutions, and to establish practical model of Glass-fibre & magnesium board molding equipment for Glass-fibre & magnesium board production companies to use。
Glass-fibre & magnesium board molding equipment includes a automatic blanking mechanism, automatically adjust the blanking width , automatically adjust the distance between upper and lower rollers from the institutions and upper and lower rollers of automatic rotation mechanism of Glass-fibre & magnesium board metal forming bodies。That automated production equipment to replace the existing manual production equipment in a production could improve production efficiency and quality of Glass-fibre & magnesium board。 This paper is to explore how to optimize Glass-fibre & magnesium board metal forming body of Glass-fibre & magnesium board production line , and make it meet new production requirements of Glass-fibre & magnesium board。
