摘要:复合材料是由两种或两种以上不同性质的材料,通过物理或化学的方法,在宏观上组成具有新性能的材料。复合材料轧制时所采用的异步轧制是一种速度不对等轧制,上下工作辊表面线速度不等,以降低轧制力。异步轧制是一个新的轧制工艺,有许多优点。采用异步轧制可以大大地降低轧制力,所以设备重量轻,能耗低,轧机变形小,产品精度高;减少了轧辊的磨损和中间退火,降低了生产费用;轧制道次少,生产率高;轧机可轧厚度大。而两辊轧机一般是指轧辊水平布置的轧机,两个轧辊上下布置在同一垂直平面内,其结构简单、用途广泛。本研究的课题是小型复合材料试验轧机的主机设计,完成两辊轧钢机的主机设计和相应的测控传感器的安装,并对轧钢机部分功能以及结构方面进行改进和创新,使其能够高效、平稳、精确地生产合格的产品。

Experimental mill host design of small composite
Abstract: The composite material is composed of by two or more materials of different nature, by physical or chemical methods, a material having a new performance in the macro. Adopted by asynchronous rolling is a kind of unequal rolling speed when the composite rolling, working roll surface linear speed up and down, in order to reduce rolling force. Asynchronous rolling is a new rolling technology has many advantages. Asynchronous rolling can greatly reduce the rolling force, light weight of equipment, low power consumption, the mill small deformation, high precision products; reduced roll wear and intermediate annealing, reduce production costs; rolling pass, productivity high; mill rolling thickness. The two-roll mill is generally refers to the rolling mill rolls are horizontally arranged, the upper and lower two rollers are arranged in the same vertical plane, it’s simple structure, a wide range of uses. The subject of this study is host of small composite test mill design, completing the design of the host of the two-roll rolling mill and the corresponding measurement control sensor installation, and rolling mill part of the functional and structural aspects of improvement and innovation, to enable them to be efficient, stable accurate production of qualified products.
