摘 要柴油机属于内燃机中的一大类,柴油机因为其良好的特性一直受到人们的广泛关注,在内燃机行业一直持有一部分市场。但是随着人们环境保护意识越来越强,以及世界排放标准越来越严格,为了能够减少柴油机的废气排放,就必须对柴油机燃烧过程有更加清晰的认识。87207
本论文设计一种定容燃烧弹来模拟活塞上止点附近的发动机喷雾和燃烧情况。该燃烧装置是一个开有可视化窗口的圆柱形容器,容器上端盖装有喷雾器进行喷油,空气经过空气压缩机加压,通过进气口直接输入燃烧室中,燃烧产生的废气通过排气口排出,经冷却后直接排到室外;弹体夹层装有加热瓦直接对燃烧弹进行加热,上端盖和弹体夹层中设置有冷却水通道,防止零件过热。如此来模拟柴油机在活塞上止点的高温高压状况。控制系统控制燃油喷射以及同步摄像的开始,数据采集控制系统记录实验过程中详细数据。

Abstract Diesel engine belongs to one of the internal combustion engine, diesel engine because of its good characteristics has been widely concerned, in the internal combustion engine industry has been holding a part of the market。 But as people become more and more conscious of environmental protection, and the world is more and more strict emission standards, in order to be able to reduce diesel exhaust emissions, it is necessary to have a clearer understanding of the combustion process of diesel engine。
In this paper, a constant volume combustion bomb is designed to simulate the spray and combustion of the engine in the vicinity of the piston top dead point。 The combustion device is a visualization window in a cylindrical container, container upper cover is provided with a spray of fuel injection, air passes through the air compressor pressure, through the intake port directly into the combustion chamber, are discharged through the exhaust gas produced by combustion, after cooling is directly discharged to the outside; Rong interlayer body equipped with heating tile directly heat of combustion bomb, the cooling water channel is arranged in the upper cover and body dissection to prevent components from overheating。 The high temperature and high pressure condition of the diesel engine in the piston top dead point is thus simulated。 The control system controls the start of the fuel injection and the synchronous camera, and the data acquisition and control system records the detailed data in the process of the experiment。
