摘 要:石英砂线整经机是用于纺织业机械,主要作用是整经,即将原本杂乱的纱线通过整经机整理排列好,为纺织工作做准备。
本课题设计的整经机采用轴经整经的方式,收卷机构是利用滚筒摩擦传动,这个方法在满足工艺要求的基础上,加工方便,工作效率较高。在设计任务中,我充分考虑了机器运行中对环境的污染以及对工人健康影响,比如防尘盒等装置。同时也考虑了设计成本与经济可行性,既要满足功能需求,又不能大材小用,原则上保证稳定的质量,减小机器维修成本、提高寿命,提高其经济性。在设计过程成中首先进行研究比较确定了总体方案,列出关键零部件种类、数量,再根据此方案进行关键零部件件设计(着重对动力系统、收卷机构、整经机构进行设计计算)整经工艺设计、三维建模与装配并制作工程图。本文将详细介绍整经机的工作原理、关键部件的结构与作用以及一些缺陷。

Abstract:Quartz sand line warping machine is used in textile machinery, the main role is warping, the original random yarn by warping machine arrangement, ready for textile work.
The warping machine designed in this subject uses the warp warping method, and the take-up mechanism uses roller friction transmission. This method is convenient to process and work efficiently on the basis of meeting the technological requirements. In the design task, I took full account of the environmental pollution in the operation of the machine and its impact on the health of workers, such as dust boxes. Also consider the design cost and economic feasibility, not only to meet the functional requirements, and can not guarantee the stability of the principle put fine timber to petty use, quality, reduce maintenance costs and improve machine life, improve its economy. In the design process in the first study to determine the overall program, a list of the key components of type and quantity, according to the scheme of key parts and components of the design (focusing on the power system, rolling mechanism, warping mechanism design) modeling and assembly process design, three dimensional warping and making engineering drawings. This paper will introduce the working principle of the warping machine in detail, the structure and function of the key parts, and some defects.
