摘要:本次设计的主要内容是以给定的钣金零件设计出一副加工该零件的级进模具。设计中给定的实体零件是电脑光驱盖板钣金件,由于零件是实体,所以必须先进行零件尺寸的测绘,使用三维软件绘制出三维零件图,然后按照模具的设计步骤进行设计。
多工位级进模设计的基础是工序的安排和排样图的绘制,主要内容是模具结构和零部件的设计。首先用游标卡尺对钣金件进行了尺寸的测绘,然后使用UG的钣金模块绘制出三维零件图,再对该零件进行工艺分析,该零件需要冲裁、弯边、胀形等工艺来完成,考虑零件的结构和加工工艺之间的关系,安排了六道工序加工该零件,然后绘制出了排样图。基础工作完成之后进行模具结构和主要零部件的设计,根据排样图对模具冲压力,压力中心,凸、凹模尺寸等进行计算,然后对模具的主要零部件的结构以及尺寸进行设计,再对模具结构进行完善设计,最后进行三维实体的创建和二维总装图的绘制。
随着中国制造业的兴起和计算机辅助技术的飞速发展,中国钣金技术及制造行业得以迅速发展,汽车、通信、电子电器、医疗器械等工业的快速发展使得钣金件的用途愈发广泛。因此,掌握钣金件加工模具的设计方法是非常有必要的。
