摘要由于受不同工况下的影响,当变速器换挡机构处于一个较为复杂的运动环境中,不同载荷下,换挡机构各部件承受的载荷不同。因此换挡机构及各传动部件是否具有足够的承载能力以实现安全可靠的换挡操作就显得异常重要。本论文结合实际工程需要,开展了对换挡机构及传动系统的强度分析研究。
本论文首先对换挡机构进行设计建模,并对其材料进行选择和约束状态的确定,再对其进行网格化处理,运用ABAQUS 有限元分析软件对不同工况下换挡机构各部件进行应力分析,对其传动部件进行强度校核,最后根据分析结果提出优化设计的方案。5140

Title The design of the drive system of the gearshift of a car Abstract
Affected by the influence of the different working conditions, when the gearshift is in a more complex exercise environment, the components of the gearshift is under the different load. So whether the drive system of the gearshift has enough carrying capacity in order to achieve safety and reliable operation of the shift is very important. In this paper based on the actual needs of the project, the strength of the gearshift and the transmission system is analyzed. In this paper we firstly model gearshift, and select the material and confirm constraint condition , then after the grids processing,we use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to confirm the intensity of all parts of the transmission parts under different working conditions in stress analysis. Finally we put forward optimized design scheme according to the results of analysis.
