摘要:异步轧制是上下工作辊表面线速度不等,以降低轧制力;因此又称差速轧制,也称搓轧。设计部分主要包括:异步轧机的两条主传动系统传动链的设计,包括电动机的选择设计,联轴器的选择设计,减速器的选择设计,万向联接轴的选择设计和测试系统的设计等。设计过程按照国家标准和机械设计标准来设计的。两条主传动系统和测试系统是设计的重点,其各自的布局与传动方式和结构类型对主机系列性能的优劣以及工艺效果起着重要的作用。设计中参照了相关文献资料进行了机构的优化设计,并对主要部件进行了强度校核。同样万向接轴和测试系统及传感器的选择设计,也是设计的重要环节。异步小型轧钢机结构简单、操作方便、适用工艺范围大,使用性能好,可保证加工产品的性能良好,板型好,能够达到设计要求。5279
