轧机设备能通过轧辊之间的相对运动,施加强大的压力,迫使金属材料发生塑性变形,所得到材料形状通常为板材,也有一些型材和毛胚采用轧制方法加工得出。
轧机有着多种分类标准,实际应用中由于材料的不同特性以及对于轧制质量的要求,轧制过程常分成冷扎和热轧;按历代轧机演变进展:传统热连轧轧机和连铸连轧机;按所需轧制成的板材厚度也有划分为中厚板轧机和中薄板轧机;按照机架分有单机架轧机,双机架轧机和多机架轧机;单按冷轧带钢生产工艺分:连续式轧机和可逆式轧机等等系列。30573
本次设计针对Ø120的窄带轧机,所谓窄带指的是本机所加工的钢材宽度在650mm以下,Ø120指轧辊直径为120mm,本轧机主要轧制小型线板材,冷轧工艺,二辊式工作机座,要求实现上下辊的异步比1.1-1.5可调节。本次设计任务要完成Ø120的窄带轧机的主机系统的设计,完成总体方案设计,完成各个传感器的安装联结设计,完成主要零部件的强度,刚度计算,设计图,装配图,总装配图与数据处理。30573
