摘要气动技术具有一系列显著优点,在工业生产中得到了越来越广泛的应用,己成为自动化不可缺少的重要手段。进入90年代后,气动技术更突破传统死区,经历着飞跃性进展。气动伺服技术作为本学科的前沿研究领域,备受人们的重视。气动伺服定位技术已能使气缸在高速运动下实现任意点高精度定位,突破传统的气动定位方法。基于现代工业在物流自动化上的需要,本文研发了一种新型的气动伺服输送机。35493
本课题针对某一元件的生产装配线,对元件端盖的移动和定位进行分析和控制,要求采用气动伺服系统,设计一套相应的气动控制回路,确定系统的原件和控制参数,选取合适的气动驱动元件和伺服控制元件。
整个工作台由X、Y两个方向的导轨,元件端盖从A点出发,移动至D处后需较为精确地停下,在D处加装一工件。加装完毕后移至B点,最后移到C处后由机械手抓将安装好的元件端盖取走,完成整个加工过程。在加工过程中,要注意到整个导轨的移动是由气缸提供动力,由于气体的可压缩性,到达D处的定位难度大,需要重点考虑其定位控制。
全文对整体的工作台外形进行了设计,并选用了THK公司生产导轨作为零部件的支撑以及导向,同时选用康茂盛公司生产的无杆气缸作为驱动工作台的元件。另外设计了一套气动吸盘式机械手抓系统,完成工件的取放工作。整体的气动控制比例流量阀对的直线驱动单元进行控制,通过上位机将系统的各项参数输入至控制系统中,再由系统根据已设定的程序,控制驱动工作台的行动。
