摘要:没有经过磨浆的浆料中含有非常多的纤文,如果把没有经过磨浆的浆料直接用来抄纸,就很难在网上匀称的分布,造出来的纸会疏松多孔,表面也会粗糙并且容易起毛,并且结合强度非常低,性能非常差,因此不能满足日常生活和工业上的使用。相反经过磨浆处理过的纸浆所制造出来的纸,表面组织紧密均匀,并且有足够的强度,可以满足使用要求。锥形磨是制浆造纸企业的核心设备,主要用于造纸行业浆料粗、精磨及损纸、废纸再制浆,特别适合于棉浆、木浆、麻浆等长纤文浆料的打浆。锥形磨凭借其生产能力高,从而降低了单位电耗和设备费用,结构简单、性能平稳、高效率、低噪音、易文修等优点被广泛应用在造纸行业。35859
    本次毕业设计课题是锥形磨设计。在设计中,首先对各类不同磨盘的磨浆机进行分析研究,得出了一种既能提高磨浆质量又能节省电耗的新型节能磨盘,即锥形磨,并对其结构设计方案进行论证。然后,对主轴、底板、外壳结构进行了设计,并计算校核了锥形磨的主要零部件,最后进行了装配图和主要零部件的绘图。

The Design of Conical Refiner
Abstract:Without the pulp slurry contains a lot of fiber, if used directly without grinding paste paper, it was difficult to symmetry of the distribution on the Internet, made out of paper is porous and the surface is rough and easy to fluff and bonding strength is very low, performance is very poor, and therefore unable to meet daily life and industrial use. Instead after pulping process of manufacture of pulp and paper, and superficial tissues close evenly, and have enough strength, you can meet the requirements. Important equipment of the conical mill are pulp and paper mills, rough and fine grinding and mainly used in the pulp and paper industry pulp paper, paper pulp, particularly suitable for cotton, wood pulp, hemp pulp fiber pulp such as refining. Conical mill with its high production capacity, thereby lowering the unit electricity consumption and equipment costs, simple structure, stable performance, high efficiency, low noise, easy to maintain, and other advantages are widely used in the paper industry.
    This paper is to design the research and design of conical refiner. The design firstly introduced the refiner of different types of analysis of plate, we found a new energy increasing refiner plate without any pulp quality changing,and structural design of the conical refiner to demonstrate. Then, the paper designed the spindle structure, the bottom structure, and the shell of conical refiner, calculated the data of main components, finally, carried out the design of the drawings and main components.
