摘要随着我国社会经济建设的发展,振动筛的需求使用量也越来越多,对于振动筛的质量和生产水平的要求也越来越高。振动筛主要用于选煤产业,为了保证选煤的质量不仅需要振动筛的生产率高,筛分效率高,脱水效率好,结构简单,组装方便,便于文护文修。在此之前使用的圆筒筛、滚轴筛都不具备很好的性能,所以具备以上优点振动筛逐渐成为主流的机械。39855
双驱动同步直线振动筛广泛运用于选煤等工业领域,利用振动筛分装置可以很好的进行粒度分级、脱水、脱泥、和脱介。就选煤行业而言,筛分技术和分选技术对于选煤行业生产率的高低有着同等重要的作用。技术的先进与否直接影响着选煤行业的发展,对于分选的工艺效果和生产效率具有重要的影响。
