摘要: 尖头机是在拉拔机生产线前面的一台设备。拉拔机是将线材或者棒材等的材料经过拉拔模后减小其直径的生产过程,经过拉拔后的线材或者棒材的强度会有所提高,表面的粗糙度数值也将减小,从而质量有所提高,棒材的左端较粗,而右侧则比较细。工件在刚刚进入拉拔模时是较粗的,因此无法进入拉拔模,从而必须将工件的头部减径,减至到能顺利通过拉拔模。辊式尖头机就是满足这种需要的机器。工件由较粗变为较细,可以通过轧制的方式来得以实现,减径的过程是先在某一方向上轧制,然后在相差90度方向上进行轧制,以后再重复这两次过程,直至达到要求为止。本论文通过对尖头机的简单研究和论述进而介绍了尖头机的设计过程和设计要素,使自己得到——市场调查、资料检索、机械设计、CAD软件应用、技术文件撰写等系统的工程师技能的综合训练。

The main design of roller head machine
Abstract: The pointing machine is a device in front of the drawing machine production line. Drawing machine is the production process of wire or rod through the die diameter reduced, after drawing the wire or rod strength is increased, the surface roughness decreases in value quality has improved, bar is coarse, right side is fine. The work piece is thicker in just entered the drawing die, is unable to enter the drawing die, so it must be the head diameter reduction, reduced to the drawing die. Roller head machine is to meet this need. Work piece from coarse to fine, can be achieved by rolling way, reducing the process is the first rolling in one direction, and then rolling in the difference of 90 directions, and then repeat this two times, till they reached the requirements. This paper simply studies and discusses the tip machine introduces the design process and design elements of point machine, get -- comprehensive training market research, information retrieval, machine design, CAD software application, technical writing system engineer skills.
