摘要现在,随着科学的进步,人类文明不断进入新的境界,家庭电气化已经成为了人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。在我国的沿海沿湖沿江地区,还有国外的一些地区,空气湿度比较高,衣服在洗涤后,虽然脱过水,但是依然不是那么容易的晒干,这对人们生活造成了不便。因此,烘干机应运而生。早期,烘干机是一个庞大而又繁琐的机器。不过,多年来,人类的智慧解决了种种难题,现在烘干机已经不是少数,它常常出现在滚筒洗衣机中,只是滚筒洗衣机的一个功能而已。     烘干是现在大多数滚筒洗衣机上的一个重要组成部分。它的主要作用是烘干洗涤织物。评价烘干机性能好坏的一个重要指标就是烘干效率问题,所以开展对烘干机内部流场分析的研究具有重要的意义。本文采用CFD方法对烘干机内部流场进行数值模拟分析,主要研究内容如下:49890

(1)了解烘干机的结构和工作原理,通过查看资料以及查书 ,学习流体力学基本理论和有限体积法基本理论以及数值求解方法、湍流模型和壁面函数。      (2)建立一个简易的烘干机模型,并对其内部进行网格划分。

(3)借助FLUENT对烘干机内部的气流流动进行仿真,进行多次的计算以及仿真的验证,确定烘干机风扇的功率。

(4)借助FLUENT建立一个蒸发冷凝模型,确定烘干机内部的水蒸气的含量,为计算烘干机冷凝管的效果做铺垫。然后对烘干机内部冷凝管对水蒸气的冷凝过程进行仿真,并验证结果

本文以家用滚筒洗衣机的烘干部分为研究对象,运用GAMBIT对其进行建模,FLUENT软件对烘干机内部流场进行数值仿真分析,验证了烘干机内部空气水蒸气流动的过程以及水蒸气凝结的过程。

Abstract Now, with the progress of science and human civilization into a new realm continuously, and domestic electrification has become an indispensable part of people's life. Coastal areas along the Yangtze river lake in our country, and abroad in some areas, the air humidity is higher, after washing clothes, though to take off the water, but there is not so easy to dry, it caused inconvenience to people's life. 

Drying is now on most platen washing machine is a important part of. It is the main function of drying washing the fabric. Evaluation of the dryer performance is an important indicator of good or bad is the drying efficiency, so to carry out the study of the dryer internal flow field analysis has important significance. By CFD method for the dryer internal flow field numerical simulation analysis, the main research content is as follows:

1. Anderstand the structure and working principle of the dryer, by looking at the data and check books, study of the theory of fluid mechanics and the basic theory of finite volume method and numerical solution method and turbulence model and wall function.

2. To establish a simple model of the dryer, and its internal meshing.

3. With the help of FLUENT software to the simulation of the dryer of airflow in the internal, the calculation and simulation verification, determine the dryers fan power.

4. An evaporative condenser model is established with the help of FLUENT software, determine the dryer internal water vapor content, for calculating the effect of the dryer condenser pipe. 

5. Based on the drying part of household platen washing machine as the research object, using the GAMBIT to its modeling, the FLUENT software for internal flow field numerical simulation analysis of the dryer,.
