摘要气动技术是生产过程自动化和机械化的有效手段之一,具有高速高效、清洁安全、低成本及易文护等优点,在各种自动化生产线上得到广泛应用。毕业论文以轴套类零件为对象,研究设计了一种用于轴套类零件装配的自动生产线。具体的设计工作包括:①根据对装配系统的工作要求的分析,确定了气动系统的动作流程。在此基础上,进行了轴套类零件自动装配生产线的总体技术方案的设计,包括气动系统的回路设计及气动元件的选型。②设计了自动装配生产线的机械结构,使之满足对不同工件进行搬运及装配的工作要求,并具有结构紧凑的特点。③利用PLC实现了对轴套类零件自动装配的顺序动作要求,编制了PLC控制程序。利用设计出的两个上下料气动机械手和冲压装配装置协同工作,可实现气动系统的上料、装配和下料等功能。7579

Title Design of Automated Production Lines for Axis and Sleeve Parts Assembling
Abstract
Pneumatic technology is an effective means of automation and mechanization of the production process, witch is fast, efficient, clean, safe, low cost and easy to maintain. It has been widely used, especially in a variety of automated production line. The paper describes the design of a automated production line used for axis and sleeve parts assembling. The specific design work includes these: ①According to the work requirements of the assembly system, analyze and identify the process of the action of the pneumatic system. On this basis, design the overall program of the axis and sleeve parts Automatic assembly line, including the circuit design of the pneumatic system and the selection of pneumatic components. ②Design the mechanical structure of the automatic assembly line, so as to meet the work requirements for the loading ,unloading and assembly of different parts, and has a compact structure. Using PLC to achieve the requirements of the order of action of the automatic assembly of axis and sleeve parts, and design the PLC control program. Two pneumatic manipulators and a stamping assembly device are designed, and they can work together to load and unload axis and sleeve parts and assemble them.
