摘 要现如今焊接技术在机械制造业占有着十分总要的地位。随着机械制造业的高速发展,对工件加工精度的要求越来越高,对工作效率的要求也越来越高。焊接自动化已经是国内外发展的趋势,而现在的焊接机床都是预先设定好路径,对形状不规则或是焊接过程中工件产生变形,不能实现自动化焊接。焊接自动化以及智能化的高速发展,焊缝跟踪已经成为焊接自动化技术的关键技术。而电弧高度跟踪就是焊缝跟踪中的重中之中。87013
本文主要对TIG焊电弧高度跟踪系统进行设计与试验。整个系统是基于PLC设计出来的。系统选用的PLC是FX3U-24MT型号作为中心,用型号为LV28-P的霍尔电压传感器测量电弧电压,用GS2107触摸屏作为人机界面,采用TIG焊焊接方法。通过对“TIG焊电弧高度跟踪系统”的设计,介绍了TIG焊电弧高度跟踪系统的基本组成和试验流程。设计了以PLC为中心的跟踪控制系统中的各外围电路,包括信号采集和处理电路、伺服驱动器的驱动电路等,进行了PLC的程序编译和修改。从而实现了TIG焊电弧高度跟踪,具有一定的安全性和稳定性,并能够应用在实际生产中。

Abstract Welding technology is an important technology in the world today in mechanical manufacturing。 With the high-speed development of mechanical manufacturing industry, more and more high to the requirement of work piece machining accuracy and is becoming more and more high to the requirement of work efficiency。 Welding automation is the development trend of both at home and abroad, and now the welding machine are set in advance path, in the process of irregular shape or welding shape deformation of the work piece can't achieve automatic welding。 With the high-speed development of welding automation and intelligence, therefore, seam tracking has become the key technology of welding automation technology。 And arc height tracking is an important part in the seam tracking。
This paper mainly carries on the design and test TIG arc welding height tracking system。 The whole system is designed based on PLC。 The system use FX3U – 24MT PLC as a host, with model for LV28-P voltage sensor measuring the arc voltage, use GS2017 touch screen as human-computer interface, using TIG welding method to arc。 Through to the TIG welding arc height tracking system design, this paper introduces the TIG welding arc height tracking system basic composition and technical process。 Design the tracking control system with PLC as the center of the peripheral circuit, including the signal collecting and processing circuit, drive circuit of servo drives, etc。, and has carried on the PLC program compilation and revision。 So as to realize the TIG welding arc height tracking, has certain security and stability, and can be applied in practical production。
