摘要:随着国内反应罐行业的竞争越来越激烈,小规模反应罐生产设备将越来越表 现出不经济性。考虑到今后国内新建反应罐生产设备规模至少将在20万吨以上,3000L反应罐及其成套工艺技术具有很大的推广前景。由于引进 国外3000L以上反应罐及其成套工艺技术的设备和技术费用相当昂贵,在今后较长一段时期内,国产化3000L反应罐及其成套工艺技术将是企业的理想选择。因此,3000L反应罐的设计和成套工艺技术的开发,将极大的推动国内PVC行业的技术进步和长远发展。本次毕业设计是设计一个3000L反应罐,考虑到了筒体所受的内压和外压,进行了罐体和夹套内压强度计算,对罐体进行了外压强度校核,另外还设计了搅拌装置与传动装置,并对其进行了强度和刚度校核。7843

Design of 3000 Reaction Tank
Abstract: As domestic reaction tank industry increasingly fierce competition, a small reaction tank production equipment will be more and more table diseconomy. Considering the domestic new reaction tank for scale production equipment will be at least more than 200000 tons, 3000 l reaction tank and its complete set technology have great promotion prospects. With imported more than 3000 l reaction tank and its complete set technology equipment and the technology cost is very expensive, in the future a long period, the localization of 3000 l reaction tank and its complete set technology will be the ideal choice of the enterprise. Therefore, 3000 l reaction tank design and complete set technology development, will greatly promote the technological progress of domestic PVC industry and long-term development. This graduation design is to design a 3000 l tank reaction, considered by cylinder under internal pressure and external pressure, the clamp and internal pressure strength calculation of tank, tank for the external pressure intensity, also design a stirring device and transmission device, and the intensity and rigidity.
