论文通过理论分析并结合文献资料,建立了单层反应装甲对射流干扰的理论模型,并且通过多次数值模拟,得出典型因素对射流成型的影响规律。利用正交优化设计得出破甲战斗部的基本参数。本文的主要内容包括:
(1)反应装甲干扰射流模型。通过整理关于射流侵彻的理论知识,得到了射流侵彻反应装甲的理论模型和飞板干扰射流的间隙逃逸模型。
(2)锥角、药型罩壁厚、装药高度影响射流成型的仿真分析。通过改变某一参数,保持其他参数不变进行数值模拟,得到典型因素对射流头部速度、射流长度、射流直径的影响趋势。
(3)通过正交优化设计得到最优的破甲战斗部结构,并建立射流侵彻倾斜68°反应装甲的模型。建立了最优的破甲战斗部,并通过数值模拟得到射流引爆反应装甲的仿真模型,并对仿真结果进行了进一步说明。

Title Analysis of Damage to Reactive Armor by Shaped Jet
Abstract ERA can reduce the ability of the jet obviously。 This paper discusses the development of the ERA and the current research status。 Papers explained the mechanism of the ERA interfering the jet, including fly board and detonation products。
Papers set up the theoretical model of the single ERA on the jet interference through the theoretical analysis and combined with literature, and Paper obtained the typical factors influence about jet molding through numberical simulation for many times。 Using the orthogonal optimization design obtained the basic parameters of the high explosive anti-tank cartridge。 So the major study context in this paper includes those:
(1)The ERA interference model of jet is studied。 In according to collating of jet penetration theory, which get the jet penetration theoretic model and fly aboard armors interference model of the jet on the sidelines of the escape。
(2)The angle, the thickness of the shaped charge liner, charging high impact jet molding simulation analysis is studied。 Based on keeping other parameters constant for numberical simulation, it gets the typical factors influence of jet velocity, jet length, jet diameter through changing the parameters of a particular。
(3)It is studied that can get the optimal structure of shaped charge warhead by orthogonal optimization design, and established the jet penetrating the model of the tilt 68°ERA 。Paper explained the simulation results according to the simulation model of the jet flowing the ERA。
