摘要本论文通过理论分析、数值模拟和半经验法等方法对质量为25kg的100mm的侵彻弹进行结构设计以及侵彻过程受力特性分析,研究在600~1000m/s速度区间内弹丸的零部件失效模式及弹丸可靠性,为提高弹体侵彻可靠性设计提供一定参考依据。61143

首先,通过使用半经验分析方法,本文得出了最大侵彻深度与弹体结构等主要影响因素的关系式。通过分析有关文献的实验数据和相关的侵彻深度的半经验公式计算,结果表明弹体质量、弹体头部形状和靶标强度对侵彻深度都有一定程度的影响。

 其次,本文对弹体整体结构进行设计,即以动态空腔膨胀理论模型为基础对弹体头部形状及参数进行设计。根据理论分析得到侵彻弹的撞击函数和弹体头部形状函数的合理取值范围,并进一步开展弹体整体结构的相关力学设计,根据计算结果设计合理的侵彻弹弹型。

 再次,采用有限元数值模拟软件 LS-DYNA 计算分析卵形弹体正侵彻混凝土靶板时的侵彻阻力、最大侵彻深度,并分析了弹体各参数对侵彻深度的影响。通过与半经验法计算对比,结果基本一致,说明了数值模拟计算的模型的材料的选择是准确的。

最后,根据LS-DYNA有限元数值模拟与forrestal公式计算所得到的数据,利用应力-强度失效模型进行了侵彻弹零部件失效模式与可靠性分析。

Title  Penetrating projectile Failure Mode and  Reliability  Analysis 

Abstract Through the study of 100mm and the quality of 25kg structural design and penetrating projectile penetration process by force characteristics analysis,numerical simulation and semi-empirical method, the paper study the Failure Mode and reliability of the projectile parts during 600 and 1000m/s, aiming to provide improving the reliability of the design projectile penetrating some reference. 

First, through using semi-empirical methods, the paper obtained that relational expression of influencing factors such as the maximum penetration depth when the projectile penetrate the concrete, and penetration depth of the major structural . By analyzing the experimental datas and the literature related to the penetration depth of the semi-empirical formula,the result indicate that projectile mass, projectile head shape and target strength has a certain impact on the penetration depth .

 Secondly,the paper design whole structure,that is designing the projectile head shape and parameters based on Dynamic cavity expansion theory model. According to the theoretical analysis of the reasonable range of functions of the impact penetrating projectile and projectile head shape functions ,the paper can be further study the mechanical designs related of the overall structure of the elastomer. Thus it can find to a reasonable penetration Bullet-shped.

Thirdly, using the finite element numerical simulation analysis software LS-DYNA calculations ovoid projectile penetrating the penetration resistance of concrete target, the maximum penetration depth, and analyzes the projectile parameters’s impact on the penetration depth. By contrast with the semi-empirical method, the results are basically the same, indicating that the numerical simulation model of the choice of materials is accurate.

Finally,through using the data calculated by LS-DYNA finite element simulation and forrestal expression,and through the use of stress - strength failure model the paper study the Failure Mode and reliability of the projectile parts.
