摘要本论文针对“大型精密成型液压机的智能监控与文护单元”,利用先进的通讯技术和嵌入式技术,对高端装备的智能监控与文护单元进行了总体方案设计和硬件电路设计。首先研究了液压机智能前端的研究现状,分析了液压系统控制参数,基于嵌入式技术进行了针对性的电路原理图设计和PCB设计。分析了液压机智能前端的现场监控和远程监控的实现,并提出了需要监控的参数和对象。

Title Embedded intelligent monitoring and maintenance of the unit hardware design of Large-scale precision molding hydraulic press
Abstract
Large-scale precision molding hydraulic press is studied as a research object in this article,with the technology of application work in artificial intelligent,embedded control system and the methods of real time control,the maintenance and the smart monitoring unit of high-end equipment was designed in general as well as the unit of the hardware unit.Firstly,the present situation of the field was introduce and the parameter of large-scale precision molding hydraulic press under control was analyzed.Secondly,the schematic and the PCB of the smart monitoring unit was designed with the technology of the embedded system.In the end,ways of the on-site monitoring and the remote monitoring with the smart control system was studied.
Based on large-scale precision molding hydraulic press,the unit hardware of large-scale precision molding hydraulic press was designed and debugged for its monitoring and maintenance.And some opinions are raised for the improvements of the system.
