摘要主要介绍了后双横臂悬架的结构设计,以及悬架的总体布置。根据设计需要,使后双横臂悬架与整车上相匹配。通过利用ADAMS/car建立硬点参数,建立悬架模型,并对悬架进行仿真分析其运动特性曲线。同时绘制特性曲线,进行校核,仿真结果表明悬架的结构设计基本合理。对悬架系统弹性元件进行了设计,在确定弹簧的刚度、材料的许用应力和圈径后先初算一下弹簧参数,然后经过三维软件建模、分析进行反复试算、校验,直到获得近似解,虽然计算比较为繁琐且属于粗略设计,但也可以从中加深对弹簧的了解。所选的弹簧为变丝径、变中经、变螺距的三变弹簧。由于这三个参数变化,导致弹簧的特性线的改变,从而使得车辆在行驶时候的舒适性和稳定性得到较大的提高。最后对横向稳定杆进行初步设计,分析其加工工艺,利用有限元方法分析其应力与变形,校核其强度。研究结果为悬架的研究设计提供了参考。63522

Title  The design of a special vehicle rear suspension   

Abstract Mainly introduced the structure design of the double wishbone suspension, as well as the overall layout of suspension. According to the requirements of the design, make the double wishbone suspension and vehicle after phase matching. Through establishing hard point parameters of ADAMS/car, suspension model was established, and simulation analysis was carried out on the suspension movement characteristic curve. Drawing characteristic curve at the same time, the test, the simulation results show that the suspension of the reasonable structure design. Design the helical spring for special offroad vehicle suspension. after the determination of spring stiffness and the allowable stress of material and circle diameter, then calculating the spring parameters preliminary. And then after three-dimensional software modeling, repeated trial by analyzing, calibration, until get the approximate solution. While the calculation is comparatively cumbersome and belong to a rough design, but also can deepen the understanding of spring. Selected spring is a three variable one for variable wire diameter, variable middle diameter and variable pitch. Since these three parameters change, resulting in the change of the characteristic line of the spring, so that the comfort and stability of vehicle is greatly improved in the running time.Finally,make a primary design for the stabilizer bar,analysis of the processing technology, Using the finite element method to analyze its stress and deformation ,check its strength.The result of research provides a reference to the research of suspension.
