摘要:随着机械制造业的不断发展,社会对生产率的要求也越来越高,因此,大批量生产成为时代的需求。在大型发电机生产过程中,数控直线落料机用于对空心或实心铜线的定尺下料,由于铜线重量重且长度长,人工搬运耗时耗力,因此对铜线传送的实际需求以及对高生产率的追求成为本课题的设计背景。数控直线落料机滚轮工作台用以生产工艺上不同流向的铜线传输,为了实现这一目的,本次毕业设计我们运用专业所学的理论知识,并结合实际生产情况,完成了数控直线落料机滚轮工作台设计的总体设计,以及滚轮工作台工作参数、机构设计、带传动、链传动、轴承、动力系统、气动回路等的分析计算。68696
