摘要:注塑模,即塑料注射成型模具,它拥有能够单次注射成型外观复杂、尺寸精度要求较高的塑料零件制品的特性和优势。这种模具成型方法能够适应的塑料种类很广泛,具有较短的成型周期,表现出极高的生产效率且成品质量稳定、可靠性高。又由于以上特点使得其在生产自动化方面较易实现。所以,如何通过现代计算机及高新信息技术,使之与注塑模设计相辅相成,是减少模具设计周期同时提高塑料成品质量,进而优化生产线的一大课题和重要挑战。69808
本次设计课题主要使用了nx、cad等主流建模软件,在其辅助之下对汽车电加热器座这种具有一定壁厚、对称搭扣、侧面孔槽和齿轮特征的这一形状较为复杂塑件进行注塑模具的设计并完成3d装配和出图。首先,对塑料制品的各项指标要求材料的性质和外形特点的剖析找出其特点是十分重要的,后依此为据,在其基础之上架构出基本的模具设计思路、初步有哪些注塑机型号可供选择、模具内部结构(即组合型芯和侧抽机构)的安排、如何根据制件特性去设计浇注方式以及流道截面的、冷却系统的设计;完成整个模具设计的思路和对各部分零件有基本的草图参考之后即可按照严格的运算对其尺寸精度校核强度展开计算工作确认其标准零件尺寸(包括虚拟装配和试模等工序),根据在以上过程中暴露出的设计问题最后对得到的方案进行改进,装配并出图完成全部设计工作。

electric heater on car
Abstract: Injection mold, plastic injection molding mold, it can have a single injection molding complex appearance and high dimension accuracy requirement features and advantages of plastic parts products. The molding method can adapt to the kind of plastic is extensive, with shorter molding cycle, showed a high production efficiency and product quality is stable, high reliability. Because of the above characteristics, it is easier to realize the production automation. So, how to use modern computer and advanced information technology, and injection mold design complement each other, is to reduce the mold design cycle and improve the quality of plastic products, and optimize the production line of a big topic and important challenges.
This design topic is using the nx, mainstream modeling software such as cad, under its auxiliary electric heater on car seat that has a complex shape features of plastic mould process analysis and the design of the injection mold. First of all, the nature of the indicators requirements for plastic materials and shape characteristics analysis to find out its characteristic is very important, this is according to, after architecture based on its basic mold design train of thought, what are the preliminary selection of injection molding machine model, mold internal structure (that is, combination core and side pumping mechanism), how to design pouring way according to the characteristic of fabrication and design of flow channel section and cooling system; Complete the mold design train of thought and sketch of each parts have basic reference after can be in accordance with the strict operation to expand its dimensional accuracy checking strength calculation work to confirm their standard parts size (including virtual assembly and test process), according to the design of exposed in the process of the above problem to finally get solution was improved, assembly and figure out all the design work.
