摘要中国是一个煤炭生产大国,煤矿井下煤仓是井下煤炭运输的咽喉部位,传统的清仓方式为人工清仓,其劳动强度大,且仓内有有毒气体和仓壁塌方等一直是一个难解决的问题,清仓机器人的出现无疑可以实现了机械化清仓,提高清仓安全性。70351

煤仓作为煤炭生产运输中重要的存储装置,原煤不断地输入和输出煤仓。由于原煤中含有水分和其他杂质,随着时间的推移,原煤会在仓壁上形成一层粘结物。这层粘结物使煤仓壁表面凹凸不平,不仅阻碍了原煤在煤仓中的流动,而且还减少了煤仓的有效空间,降低了生产效率,所以煤仓要经常性地进行清理。传统的煤仓清理方式是靠人工清理的,这种清理方式不仅工作效率低下,而且还具有一定的危险性,在煤矿生产自动化程度越来越高的今天,这显然不符合大型煤矿的生产需求。因此,该文设计并研究了一种摇臂式全液压清仓机,旨在实现矿用清仓设备的智能化和自动化,促进了安全本质化矿井建设进程的进一步开展。

首先,根据工作条件的要求,确定了全液压间隙电机的功率源,使用液压传动清煤。分析和确定机床主要技术参数,在此基础上,对关键部件的支承机构和摇杆机构和工作机构进行了设计计算,设计了液压系统的摇杆机构。采用常规的计算方法,对液压系统的关键部件和辅助部件进行了选型和设计计算。
