摘要高空作业车是可以将在空中工作的人员送到指定的位子,而且工作人员可以在上面进行作业的机械设备。
本次设计研究对象是“GKZ18型高空作业车”,它是徐州海伦哲工程机械有限公司研制开发的,我要研究该车上的液压系统并进行设计分析和动态仿真。这种空中作业车除了空中作业机制,这种模式还设有空中平台起落装置,一台机器可以完成很多工作。 72315
高空作业部分主要指的是控制上下臂变幅的液压缸,控制上下臂回转运动的液压马达,而它是用来控制上下臂回转运动的。起重部分主要是控制伸缩臂伸缩运动的液压缸和控制起重钢丝绳收进放出的液压马达。本设计侧重介绍了空中作业车的上臂液压缸和回转机构马达设计,而简单介绍了起升、支腿系统。本次设计较全面的记录了上臂液压缸的设计经过,而下臂油缸的设计比较简单;空中作业车反转系统用到的马达和升降系统马达的设计过程也在内,还包括油箱和液压泵的选择。在已有有关液压机构组件参数的根本上,对液压系统进行设计和计算。在确定上述步骤都完成后,进行最重要的动态液压仿真,绘制出相关曲线图,根据图分析系统工况。
