摘要液压旋转分度工作台是组合机床的主要组成部分。随着科技的进步,越来越 多的工作台设计趋于完善。同时为了更大的提高生产效率,增加效益,越来越多 的工厂及制造商对加工设备进行改造,使机器更加趋向于自动化。通过液压及电 机的驱动可实现工作台的四等分、六等分、八等分动作,并结合单片机和 PLC 等 设备,实现对机器的控制,实现相对应的自动化动作,达到预期的要求。72265
本课题要求设计一台四工位液压旋转分度工作台,其包含送料、两个加工、 卸料四个工位。其中有工作台结构的设计,选择液压驱动方式,设计合理的液压 系统以及相应元件的选型。在此基础上,运用 PLC 技术实现对工作台动作的控制, 实现操作的连续性和自动化,提高工作效率,使加工更迅速可靠。工件一旦位于 夹具中,它就一直保持在夹紧装置上,直到工作循环结束。同时采用此种方案也 可以减轻工人的工作强度,更加人性化。
