摘要:纸箱是一种传统的包装材料,它在包装行业一直占有重要地位。目前生产的自动开箱机和自动封箱机存在着结构复杂、性能不稳定等诸多细节问题。例如:如在摆放纸箱时容易发生翻倒。而原来的放料方式采用的是动力输送,并且由于每个厂商使用不同的纸箱材质以及纸箱的厚度打不相同,这回使得在使用过程中会常常出现纸箱送过料或送料不到位等不好的现象。纸箱成型的方法不太好会导致成型后纸箱的形状不够标准。为了解决上面提到的问题,我设计了自动纸箱封箱机和自动纸箱开箱箱机,他的根据重力下滑原理采取重力下滑机构自动上料。此外通过在上料机构、真空吸盘机构、纸箱导轨部分、压实撞杆部分、贴带器部分、纸箱侧盖折边机构等部分的设计,改进了这些问题。自动纸箱开箱机上使用传感器以及通过PLC控制,使吸附纸箱、纸箱的成型、纸箱折舌、纸箱的上料、纸箱胶带封底以及封顶等工作过程实现完全自动化。合理的设计了每个机构的结构与尺寸,避免最终装配的时候发生干扰。72608
