摘要刀具磨损状态是影响车削加工的重要因素之一。目前,有关车削热及车削振动方面的试验研究已经取得很多成果,而对于不同刀具磨损状态下车削温度和 车削振动相关性研究的成果却比较少。为此,我们设计了详细的试验方案,通过 车削试验,分别采集了初期磨损刀和中期磨损刀的车削温度和车削振动信号,提 取车削温升均值和车削振动三向加速度均方根分别作为车削温度和振动的特征 值,并用特征值建立经验公式,分析了刀具磨损状态对车削温度和振动相关性的 影响,得到了以下结论:①车削温度和车削振动的相关性系数很大,经验公式得 到的车削温升均值拟合值都在实测值附近,说明车削振动对车削热有明显影响;72675
②中刀的相关性系数明显比新刀的系数要小,说明刀具磨损状态对车削温度和 振动相关性的影响很大。

Experimental research on the influence of tool wear on the temperature and vibration
