摘要现代社会,在一次性能源消费中,煤炭资源占到非常大的比重,单单就我国而言,可达到百分之七十以上。煤矿行业随着煤炭的大量使用得到蓬勃发展,机械化、现代化程度越来越高。我国适用于露天开采的煤炭储存量所占比例很少,大多数为褐煤且地理上分布不均,因此井工作业是我国煤矿的主要作业方式。73847
在煤矿井工作业中,井下煤仓占有举足轻重的地位,是井下运输必不可少的组成部分。煤仓残煤是阻碍运输系统良好工作的重大罪魁祸首,对残煤的清理日益成为研究的热点问题,人们对此提出的要求越来越高,愈发关注其方法安全、高效、简单的方面。在这种大环境下,国内外投入更大的精力来研究井下煤仓清煤系统装置,以期获得更大的生产效益。目前,我国已经对煤仓清煤装置进行了初步研究并取得了一些成果,但总体而言仍有很大的发展空间。
本文以煤仓清煤设备为研究对象,旨在设计出安全高效的新型高压水射流煤仓积煤清理系统,主要包括清理机构的设计、卷扬机的设计以及液压系统的设计,涉及到机械设计知识、液压传动知识和流体力学知识。其中清仓机构是本次设计的重点,也是设计的入手点,直接影响了方案的可行性。然后展开对卷扬装置的设计,最后对液压系统进行整体设计,又包括泵站的设计和传动方式的选择。在上述设计计算过程中,本文对重要的相关部件进行了方案论证及选择,并在需要的地方进行了计算校核。

Abstract
In modern society, in the one-time energy consumption, coal resources accounted for a very large proportion, only in terms of our country, can reach more than seventy percent. Coal mining industry with the use of a large number of coal to flourish, mechanization, modernization of higher and higher. The proportion of coal storage in the open pit mining is very small, and most of the coal is lignite and the geographical distribution is uneven, so the well operation is the main operation mode of coal mine in China.
In the work of coal mine industry, the coal bunker occupies a pivotal position, is essential part of the underground transportation. Residual coal bunker is hinder the major culprit of transport system in good working and cleanup of residual coal is increasingly becoming a hot issue in the study of, people of this proposed have become increasingly demanding, increasingly concerned about the method is safe, efficient, simple. In this environment, the domestic and foreign invested more energy to study the underground coal bunker coal cleaning system device, in order to obtain greater production efficiency.
This paper to coal cleaning equipment for coal as the research object, aiming to design a safe and efficient new high-pressure water jet coal accumulating coal cleaning system, mainly includes the design of cleaning mechanism design, winch and hydraulic system relates to the knowledge of mechanical design, hydraulic transmission knowledge and the knowledge of fluid mechanics. The clearing mechanism is the focus of this design is the design of the starting point, directly affect the feasibility of the project. And then expand the hoisting device design, finally carries on the overall design of the hydraulic system, and the pumping station design and transmission mode selection.
