摘要随着经济的发展和优质的工程塑料的出现,各种注塑制品的需求也在不断增长,注塑工艺作为一种主流走进人们生活形形色色的各个行业中。注塑模具更是如春雨般响应着时代的号召。在工业,民业,制造业中起着举足轻重的地位。近十年来我国模具一直以每年百分之十五的趋势发展。注塑模具的设计质量,好的工艺,注塑机的选择及其应用等等直接决定了塑件的质量,成本及效率。一个好的注塑模具可注射成型上百万次而仍能保证其正常参数要求,且磨耗少精度高,从而解决了模具的频繁更换塑件的保费率。换句话而言也就降低了每个塑件的加工成本提高了加工效率。为工厂赢得了更大的经济利润。为了满足快速发展的工业要求和人民生活质量的要求我。们需不断要求自己研究开发出提高注塑模性能的模具,来满足各行各业的要求,精益求精。
在这次设计中,我通过使用UG,CAD,进行对托架来尺寸的计算标注,推出机构的设计,注塑机的选用和测试,标注模架的计算和选择,浇注系统的尺寸计算和形状的设计,冷却系统的设计体积的计算重量的计算等各个步揍。如此多的步揍中重点来设计模具的凸模凹模及浇注和冷却系统。这次的设计图凹模、浇注系统和冷却系统的设计直接影响这次模具设计的质量和其可行性,工业上成浇注系统和冷却系统是模具设计的核心,凸凹摸是模具设计的灵魂其设计的好坏直接影响塑件的尺寸精度,模具的冷却系统对塑件的质量和成型效率起着至关重要的作用,对塑件的冷却时间和收缩率有着显著的影响,因此决定模具的表面质量和经济效益。通过这一次设计希望我能在以后的工作中能对于模具的设计能够得心应手,对模具的认知和设计计算及我国模具的行业能有一个更高的认知,并能充分了解其加工中各个工艺需要注意的细节和要点能够更好的设计出一个合格的模具。对于模具的结构也能有一个更高的认知深入理解其精髓。73855
