摘 要科技面向智能化、高速化以及人机互动方向发展,目前汽车方面也在面向智能化领域 开拓,智能差速锁止系统成为国内外研究的热门,机械式差速锁止技术趋于成熟,电子限 滑差速锁正处于飞速发展阶段。

通过查阅差速器、差速锁的有关资料,以及 ABS 工作方式原理进行仔细分析,单片机 运用和外设的使用方式总体的结合研究,对四驱汽车电子限滑差速锁在目前发展的基础上 进行了研究与探讨。

电子限滑差速锁止系统构成:由霍尔元件 CS3020 与磁钢配合组成转速采集系统, CD4553 构成的计数器,接收来自采集系统的高低电平信号进行计数,CD4553 下降沿有效 计数,STC89C52 作为系统 CPU 将计数器中的计数存入寄存器,进行车轮转速比较并判断 车辆状态,出现异常时,由 CPU 进行控制驱动继电器电路对液压控制端使能,控制的同时 进行检测,车辆正常行驶时停止电子限滑差速锁工作。73865

通过研究加深对 STC89C52 单片机的深入了解以及外设的运用,目前差速锁的发展方 向与未来影响,并对未来的前景进行展望。

The 4WD Vehicle Limited Slip Differential Lock Design

Abstract Science and technology for the intelligent, high-speed and human-computer interaction development, at present car also in the face of the field of intelligent development, intelligent differential speed lock stop system become research at home and abroad popular, mechanical difference speed lock check technology is getting mature, electronic limited slip differential lock is in a stage of rapid development。

By referring to the differential, differential speed lock of relevant information and ABS working principle of careful analysis, and MCU application and peripherals using general mode of binding studies, 4WD vehicle electronic limited slip differential speed lock in based on the current development was studied and discussed in this paper。

Electronic limited slip differential lock system composed by Hall element cs3020 and magnetic steel with the composition of the speed data acquisition system, composed of CD4553 counter receiving from the acquisition system of high and low level signal count, descent CD4553 along the effective counter STC89C52 as CPU of the system will be the count of the counter stored in a register, wheel speed comparison and to determine the vehicle state and abnormal, by the CPU of control driving relay circuit of hydraulic control ports enable, control were detected at the same time, the normal running of the vehicle electronic limited slip differential lock work。

Through the deepening of the research and the use of STC89C52 micro controller, the development direction and the future of the differential lock, and the future prospects。
