摘要:本次毕业设计的课题是导电杆绝缘包扎设备总体设计,包括总体结构设计,驱动机构的选择,确定工作参数,床头变速箱,卡盘,尾架以及动力系统分析计算。绕包放卷应用于各行各业。在电线,纺织,金属加工,造纸等加工中,绕包放卷是一个十分重要的工序。在大型发电机厂绕包放卷都是人工来完成,假如可以把放卷绕包的技术与车床结合成专用机器应用到大型发电机厂设备中那就能够有效的提高生产率并且降低人工的成本。在国外目前没有导电杆专用设备,只有单独的绕包单独的加热设备。为了提高生产效率,降低人工成本,设计出能把绕包放卷的技术与车床结合成专用机器。把总体的布局进行结构形式设计以及总体结构方案图的设计。对机床功能分析,提出几种可能解决的方案,通过cad制图绘制出零件图及装配图,安装各部件完成组合专用机器。

导电杆是大型发电机的重要零部件,导电杆它的作用是在发电机中起保险丝的作用,导电杆绝缘包扎设备用于大型发电机导电杆的生产制造,及导电杆绝缘绕包、加热以及导电杆绝缘层车削加工。它的加工方法应用到机械设计自动化专业的知识体系。导电杆绝缘包扎设备是大型发电机导电杆生产的新型设备,它是导电杆绝缘绕包生产工艺的基础保障。74110

In foreign country, there is no special equipment for conductor bars, only inpidual winding and separate heating equipment。 In order to increase production efficiency and reduce labor cost, a technology for turning wrapping roll and turning machine into a special machine is designed。 Through the design of the overall layout of the structure and the overall structure scheme, analysis tool functions, put forward several possible solutions through the CAD drawing part and assembly drawings, installation components to complete the combination of machine。
