摘要： 塑料周转箱采用长方形的结构设计，坚固耐用、使用寿命长、价格经济，能够广泛使用于物流中，与各种物流工具配合使用，便于运输、流通和一体化管理。在中国市场，每年消耗量达2~2。5亿只。本课题为年产50万套塑料周转箱成型车间工艺设计，设计塑料周转箱的类型为饮料、食品和烟草专用塑料周转箱。本设计主要将混合均匀的物料加热塑化后，通过螺杆注射机以一定的压力和速度注射到镶嵌有金属钢筋的封闭模具型腔中冷却定型，最终得到塑料周转箱制品。设计的内容主要包括工艺流程的确定、原料的选择、设备的选型和计算、车间的布置和绘制。本设计的创新点在于设计废品利用的流程，将浇口废品和废品塑料周转箱等通过螺杆挤出机重新造粒添加使用，有效控制成本。74108

Produce 500,000 Sets of Plastic Turnover Boxes Molding Process Design

Abstract: The plastic turnover box with a rectangular structure, durable, long life, low price can be widely used in logistics, conjunction with a variety of logistics tools, to facilitate the integration of transport, distribution and management。 According to China market, an annual consumption of plastic turnover boxes can reach 2~2。5 billion。 This project to produce 500,000 sets of plastic container molding process design, design type of plastic crates for beverage plastic crates, food and tobacco。 The design is mainly the mixed material is heated through screw injection machines with a certain degree of pressure and speed injection set with metal bars in a closed mold cavity cooling, plastic crates in the end product。 Design includes the process of identification, selection of raw materials, equipment selection and calculations, workshop layout and rendering。 Innovation of this design is the design processes of waste utilization, the gate scrap and waste plastic containers, such as by adding a using screw extruder pelletizing again, effective cost control。
