摘 要在人们的日常生活中,由于社会的发展以及环保的要求,人们对于各种小型家电的塑制产品以及日常生活用品种类的需求越来越多,因此所需的量也变得越来越大,在如今的生活中注塑模具随处可见,无处不在。塑料模具轻便,容易拿取,节省能源,也有很好的环保功能。但是随着社会的进步,人们对这些物品的要求不仅仅是满足在功能上面的一起需求,而且在外观上也要求美观,简洁。因此目前世界上对注塑模具的要求越来越高,要求的技术含量也越来越精细,需要在多方面满足人们的各种需求。因此,由于人们的大量需求,也给了注塑模具发展的契机。发展到如今,无论在世界上哪个国家,注塑模具的制造技术的高低已然可以体现出国家生产水平的高低,因此每个国家大力发展注塑模具行业,投入大量的资金和研究,也加快了模具行业的飞速发展,它在产品的质量和效益上有很严格的要求和监控,也大大加强了人们对新产品的研发能力。 76193
本次设计中详细的体现了塑制座椅的成型工艺,浇注系统的设计以及对总装布局的设计。在参考了国内外大量相关书籍的基础上基于UG三维软件对塑料座椅的模型构造以及整套模具进行了设计。
在本次设计中我主要对以下几个方面进行了较为详细的研究:
1)使用UG三维软件进行座椅的外观造型设计;
2)使用UG三维软件设计了分型面以及生成成型零部件;
3)对整套模具的设计进行计算以及剖析,并完成整套模具的设计。

The design reflects the detailed design molding process, casting plastic system made the seat assembly and the layout design。 In reference to the large number of books at home and abroad on the basis of three-dimensional software UG-based plastic seat model structure and the entire mold design。
In this design, I mainly on the following aspects were studied in detail:
1) the use of three-dimensional software UG seat exterior design;
2) the use of three-dimensional software design UG parting surface and generating molded parts;
3) for the whole die design calculations and analysis, and complete set of mold design。
