摘要主要介绍了四卡固定电器盒的注塑模具设计。首先对塑件进行实体建模利用UG软件,与测绘工具,通过网上查阅相关资料对四卡固定电器盒零件的结构及工艺性进行大致分析,包括材料的性能、成型特点及条件、结构工艺性等。其次叙述了四卡固定电器盒分型面的选择、布置和确定型腔的数目。然后选择标准模架及注塑机型号,并对其实行校核。在设计的最后部分,对该模具确定的总体方案进行分析,同时进行相关数据的处理及计算。76192
本文主要论述了四卡固定电器盒注塑模的设计过程,利用UG软件对该四卡固定电器盒进行实体建模,使用AUTOCAD软件对其进行装配图,零件图的绘制。利用Moldflow软件对其进行最佳浇口的分析。

Injection mold of designing about four card fixed appliance box
Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design of the injection mould for the four card fixed appliance box。 First of plastic parts for solid modeling by UG software, and surveying and mapping tools, through online access to relevant information on four card fixed electrical box parts of the structure and process makes a general analysis, containing the material properties, forming characteristics and conditions, the process of the structure。 Secondly, the selection, arrangement and the number of the cavity of the four card fixed appliance box are described。 Then select the type of standard mold and injection molding machine, and carries on the check。 In the final part of the design of the mold to determine the overall program for analysis, while the relevant data processing and calculation。
This paper mainly discusses the four card fixed electrical box injection mold design process, the use of UG software to the four card fixed electrical box for solid modeling, the assembly drawing using AutoCAD software, and parts of the map drawing。 Analysis of the best gate by using Moldflow software。
