摘要柴油机的各个零部件中,机体构成了柴油机的骨架,是柴油机各个机构工作和 安装的基础。机体是柴油机最重要的零件之一,其结构组成复杂、产品技术复杂、 制造过程复杂。采用 V 型结构的柴油机,缩短了整机长度,具有较高的单机功率和较小的比重 量。V 型柴油机缩短了机体的长度和高度,增加了刚度,减轻了内燃机的重量;但 是形状复杂,加工困难。机体的数字化建模是柴油机设计中成本最高、周期最长的环节,是整个发动机 建模和仿真分析的基础,对发动机产品成功开发有重要的影响。本文以某中速柴油 机为例,研究了机体数字化建模的方法和步骤,主要包括以下内容:84613

在分析发动机机体产品结构和制造工艺的基础上,运用工程制图的知识读懂图 纸上原始的设计参数。

通过以整体到细节,从前到后,到外到内的方式,全方位的对该中速柴油机机 体进行系统的三维设计。

应用本文设计思路和方法完成的中速柴油机机体模型已通过初步验收,经过更 加精细化的处理之后就可以量产了。

Abstract In the parts of a diesel engine, the engine block, as a casting cabinet part, is the foundation of the parts of diesel engine working and installation。The block is one of the most important parts of a diesel engine, and it has great complexity in structure, product technology, manufacturing process。A diesel engine which adopted with a v-shaped structure could shorten the length of the whole machine and have a high single machine power and small weight per horsepower。A diesel engine with V-shape structure can shorten the length and height of the engine body, increase the rigidity and reduce the weight of the internal combustion engine; But it has a complicated shape, and the processing is difficult。The digital modeling of engine block, which is the foundation of the whole engine modeling and simulation analysis and play an important role in successful development of products related to the engine,is the most expensive and has the longest cycle in the design of diesel engine。Based on a medium speed diesel engine as an example, this paper describe the methods and steps of digital modeling, mainly includes the following contents:Based on the analysis of engine block product structure and manufacturing process, applying knowledge of engineering drawing to read drawings design parameters on the original is the first step。From the whole to the detail, from the front to the back,from the outside to the inside,I will make a 3-dimention design of the block of the medium speed diesel engine in an all-round and systematic way。Applying the design idea and method in this paper, the digital modeling of the medium speed diesel engine block model has passed the preliminary acceptance and can make mass production after a more sophisticated processing 。Key words:diesel engine block;V-shape structure;3D model
