摘要沥青是一种防水防潮和防腐的有机胶凝材料,广泛应用于道路建筑,房屋建 筑,水工建筑,化工建筑,防腐防湿,涂料工业以及炭石墨材料等领域。由于沥 青的产地相对集中,沥青船作为大量运输沥青的一种重要工具,具有不可替代的 作用。84614

沥青船的货舱加热系统作为其最主要的组成部分,在整个运输过程中为沥青 提供加热,保温所需的热量,保证整个过程中沥青处于液态,使得沥青可以通过 管道输送,让运输过程变得方便快捷。本文对沥青船的货舱加热系统进行设计, 采用数值计算的方法对货舱加热,保温所需的热量进行计算,确定加热设备的选 择,并合理布置加热管系;通过热量传递的模拟分析,验证设计的正确性,合理 性,保证其经济性。

本文主要工作及研究成果:

(1)沥青船货舱加热系统的热负荷计算及加热设备选择。通过已知的船舶及 沥青的各项参数,计算可得货舱的散热量,即货舱保温时所需的加热量;计算得 货油升温时所需热量,即货舱散热量加上货油加热所需热量。计算可得货舱所需 最大热量,由此可确定加热设备的额定功率。

(2)管系设计。由计算所得的加热量,导热油进出口温度,导热油比热及密 度可计算得出热油管内导热油的流量,利用公式再次计算可得加热管路的管径; 进而可获得加热盘管所需长度。

(3)管系附件的设计选型。根据已确定的管系选择合适的附件,包括循环泵, 截止阀,膨胀柜,导热油储存柜等。

(4)绘制加热系统原理图及货舱加热加热管系图。

ABSTRACT Asphalt is a kind of waterproof, moisture proof and anticorrosive organic cementitious material。Widely used in road construction, housing construction,

water conservancy construction, chemical building, anti-corrosion and anti wet, paint industry and carbon graphite materials, and other fields。Due to the relative concentration of the asphalt, the asphalt tanker as an important tool for a large number of asphalt transportation, has an irreplaceable role。

Asphalt ship the cargo heating system as the most important part of it, in the transport process for asphalt heating is provided the required heat insulation, to ensure the whole process of asphalt in the liquid, the asphalt can be through a

pipeline conveying, make the transportation more convenient。 This paper of asphalt ship the cargo heating system design, using numerical calculation method of the cargo heating, heat preservation heat calculation, determine the choice of heating equipment, and reasonable arrangement of the heating pipe system; through heat transfer simulation analysis, the correctness of the design verification, rationality, to ensure its economy。

The main work and research results of this paper:

(1)Asphalt ship the cargo heating system heat load calculation and heating equipment selection。 Through the parameters of the known marine and asphalt was calculated to be hold the quantity of heat that cargo holding the required quantity of heat; calculated heat required to cargo oil heating, namely heat dissipating capacity of cargo and cargo oil heating calories。 Calculation can hold the required maximum heat, which can be determine the rated power of heating equipment。

(2)The pipe size of the system design。 By calculating the heating amount of

the income, the thermal medium oil import and export temperature and thermal medium oil specific heat and density can be calculated the flow of heat pipe heat medium oil, using the formula again calculating the diameter of the heating pipe

and the desired length of the heating coil。
