摘 要本论文是设计一座年产量250万吨生铁的高炉。本设计拟建3522m3高炉一座,设2个渣口,4个铁口,采用圆形出铁场。送风系统采用四座新日铁式外燃式热风炉,煤气除尘系统采用干式除尘装置,上料系统采用胶带运输机,保证高炉的不间断供料。81311
本设计说明书主要包括高炉冶金计算,高炉本体设计,以及高炉车间附属设备系统的选型。其中高炉冶金计算主要包括配料计算,物料平衡计算和热平衡计算。高炉本体设计主要包括高炉炉型设计,高炉内衬,高炉冷却,高炉钢结构和高炉基础。其中高炉冶金计算和高炉炉型设计为此次设计的重点部分。
本次设计中应用了许多先进的工艺,这些工艺在实行大喷煤技术提高传热效率,节能,提高生产率方面起了重要的作用。在设计中,广泛吸收前人技术革新和国内外科学研究成果。根据实际需要及可能性,尽量采用先进设备、结构、材料及新工艺。做到技术上先进,经济上合理,又减少环境污染。

Abstract This thesis is to design an annual output of 2。5 million tons of pig iron blast furnace。
I design a 3522m3 blast furnace, and set up two tap holes with 4 slag hole, which use circular field of iron。 Blast system contains 4 Nippon external combustion hot stoves。 Coal gas dust removal system uses dry dust removal device。 The charging system is using belt feeding machine to ensuring uninterrupted charging of blast furnace。
The design specification includes a selection of blast furnace metallurgical calculations, the blast furnace body design, as well as ancillary equipment blast furnace workshop system。 Wherein the calculation includes metallurgical blast furnace burden calculation, material balance calculations and heat balance calculations。 Blast furnace blast furnace body design includes design, furnace lining, blast furnace cooling, blast furnace and blast furnace steel base。 Wherein the blast furnace and blast furnace metallurgical calculation designed to focus on this part of the design。
