摘要本船为钢质全焊接结构、单甲板、方尾、前倾首柱带球首、单机单桨、单舵、短艏楼和艉楼、柴油机直接驱动的尾机型近海航区货船,全船设有三个货舱,并配有经ZC认可的钢质钢质液压折叠式舱口盖。本船设有艏楼,尾部主甲板上设五层甲板室。全船采用的是混合骨架形式。本船的货舱区域不设有支柱,并且采用抗扭箱,支持舱口端横梁的结构形式。船体主要构件按照中国船级社《国内航行海船建造规范》(2006)对近海航区要求进行设计。本船的肋骨间距船尾至10#和176#至船首为600mm,其它的为700mm,船底的纵骨间距为665mm。全船按总布置要求,设置左右舷贯通的水油密横舱壁七道,横舱壁均使用垂直扶强材扶强,此外,根据布置的需求设置局部纵、横舱壁数道。全船材料采用满足CCS(2001年)规范要求的船用钢,艏、艉柱采用钢板焊接。船体结构焊接要求按“船体结构焊接规格表”进行,船厂应编制合理的焊接工艺,以尽量减少焊接引起的变形,焊接船体结构的焊接材料应符合CCS《材料与焊接规范》(2001年)要求。建造厂可根据其实际情况(船厂施工场地、起重能力、施工工艺等)对船体结构进行划分,船厂应根据本船的结构特点预先制定合理的施工工艺。船上所有液体舱柜内,在其上下构件上均应开有流水(油)孔、透气孔。81329

该设计主要是对13000吨级散货船的局部舱段结构进行横向强度校核,参照设计任务书的对本船的要求,以及所给的船舶主尺度、总布置图和型线图,按照《钢制海船入级规范》(2006)对船体结构进行计算。通过强度校核,该船满足设计任务书的要求并且满足规范和总布置的要求。
