摘要按照相关母型船资料和设计任务书,对4000t沿海散货船进行总体设计。该船设计为单甲板、双层底、单机、单桨、单舵,尾机型船,主要用于装运煤、盐、矿砂、粮食及其他货物等,航区为Ⅱ类的货船。该设计包括了对任务书与母型船资料的分析,由于设计船与母船相近,所以采用相同的方形系数,从而确定出设计船的主要要素,这些要素对船舶的快速性、稳性、容积、总布置等技术性能有重要的影响。根据任务书的要求进行重量与重心的计算。根据初步确定的主要要素采用自行设绘法设计新船的型线图,并根据母型船的型线图来进行优化;总布置设计是船舶设计中很关键的综合性技术设计,其涉及了主船体舱室的布局和层间高等。然后利用梯形法进行静水力计算;根据国内航行海船法定检验技术规则进行干舷和吨位计算。总结与讨论部分主要总体设计过程中的经验,改进对母型船的内容,对设计中遇到的问题和不足进行分析。最终确定该船的船长为84。9m、船宽为14。44m、型深为6。66m,吃水为5。3m、排水量为5303。49t。82234

Abstract 

According to parent ship materials and specification, the general and stability of 4000t coastal cargo ship is designed。 It’s steel single-deck,double bottom, single-propeller,alone rudder,stern-engine ship,mainly engaged in trainsport cereal salt,coal,sand and other department,navigating zones for Type Ⅱ。This part includes analysis with specification and the mother ship information,because of the design ship is similar to the mother ship,so in the same square coefficient to determine the design of the main elements of the ship,these elements have an important influence of the rapidity and stability,volume ,layout and other technical performances。According to the requirement of the specification to calculate the weight and center of gravity。the ship’s lines plan is developed according to self setting method by the main elements and according to the mother ship plan to optimize。The layout design is critical in the design of ship comprehensive technical design,it involves the main hull cabin layout and higher between the layers。Then using keystoing method to compute hydrostatic curve;according to the China Sea going ships statutory inspection technical rules and tonnage to calculate freeboard and weight,summing up and discussing some of the main experience in the design process, improving the content of the mother ship,analyzing the problems encountered in design。In summing,the length overall of this ship is 84。9 meters,beam is 14。44m,depth is 6。66m,design draft is 5。3m,displacement is 5303。49t。
