摘要船舶工业在我国占有重要的地位,并且与很多行业有着密不可分的联系,例 如国防事业,海洋开发等等。我国的造船业虽然有了飞速的发展,但是和美国那 些发达国家相比,还是有很大差距的。甲板机械是船舶辅机的一种,在船舶发展 中占有重要位置。起锚机是甲板机械中的重要一员,对船舶的安全起着重要的作 用。82155

本课题是在甲板机械竞争激烈的背景下提出的,以便提高我国甲板机械的竞 争力。起锚机是甲板机械的重要组成部分,对船舶的安全起着重要作用。目前我 国使用的起锚机大多数都是电动起锚机,电动起锚机结构比较大,有的船舶使用 不方便。为了提高市场的竞争力,要从减小起锚机的结构入手,因此,本文设计 液压起锚机。

本文主要是对液压起锚机进行设计,研究液压起锚机的设计方法,并建立三 维模型,对其进行运动仿真,最终运用 ANSYS 软件液压起锚机进行优化设计,最 终得到液压起锚机的最终方案,主要的研究内容如下:

1)了解起锚机的结构和工作原理,对起锚机的基本参数进行设计并且对起 锚机进行结构设计,为后续工作做准备。

2)对起锚机进行三维建模,并建立虚拟样机,并对起锚机进行运动仿真。

3)利用 ANSYS 软件对起锚机重要零部件进行分析,优化结构设计,得出最 终的方案。

本文得出的结论对液压起锚机的设计有一定的帮助。

Abstract The shipbuilding industry occupies an important position in our country,and  has a close relationship with many industries,such as national defense cause,marine development and so on。 Although our country’s shipbuilding industry has a rapid development,but compared with those developed countries such as the United States,these is still a big gap。Deck machinery is kind of auxiliary ships,occupies an important position in the development of shipbuilding。Windlass is an important member of the deck machinery,plays an important role in the safety of the ship。

The topic is put forward in the context of the fierce competition in the deck machinery,in order to improve the competitiveness of our country’s deck machinery。Windlass is an important part of the deck machinery,and plays an important role in the safety of the ship。At present,most are used in our country is the electric windlass whose structure is relatively large,some ships is not enough space to place it。In order to improve the competitiveness of the market,we design the hydraulic windlass to reduce the structure of the windlass。

The main purpose of this paper is to design the hydraulic windlass,study the design method of hydraulic windlass and establish three-dimensional model,and carry on the movement simulation,then use ANSYS software to optimize the hydraulic windlass design,eventually get the final solution of the hydraulic windlass。The main research contents are as follows:

1)To understand the structure,working principle of the windlass and the basic parameters of the windlass to carry on the design and structure design of the windlass in preparation for the follow-up work。

2)To establish three-dimensional model of the windlass,establish the virtual prototype and the motion simulation of the windlass。

3)Using the software to analyze the important components of the windlass,optimizing the structure design and drawing the final solution。

The conclusion of this paper has some assistance to the design of hydraulic windlass。
