摘要船舶工业在我国占有重要的地位,例如国防事业,海洋开发等等。我国的造船业虽然有了飞速的发展,但是和其他发达国家相比,还是有很大差距的。拖缆机是一种特种拖曳设备,用于收放缆绳、拖带没有自航能力的船舶和海上设施以及失去自航能力的船舶,是某些民船和军船上的关键设备82154

本课题是在拖缆机的功能下提出的,以便提高拖缆机的实用性。拖缆机是甲板机械的重要组成部分,对船舶的安全起着重要作用。目前我国使用的拖缆机中小型拖缆机大多数都是电动起锚机,电动拖缆机结构比较大,有的船舶使用不方便。为了提高市场的竞争力,要从减小拖缆机的结构入手,因此,本文设计液压起锚机。

本文主要是对拖缆机进行设计,研究拖缆机的设计方法,并建立三维模型,对其进行运动仿真,最终运用ANSYS软件拖缆机进行优化设计,最终得到拖缆机的最终方案,主要的研究内容如下:

1)了解拖缆机的结构和工作原理,对拖缆机的基本参数进行设计并且对拖缆机进行结构设计,为后续工作做准备。

2)对拖缆机进行三维建模,并建立虚拟样机,并对拖缆机进行运动仿真。

3)利用ANSYS软件对拖缆机重要零部件进行分析,优化结构设计,得出最终的方案。

Abstract Shipping industry occupies an important position in our country, such as national defense, Marine development, etc。 Although our country's shipbuilding industry has a rapid development, but compared with other developed countries, there is a big gap。 Towing machine is a kind of special towing equipment, used for cable release, towing without self-propelled ability of ships and offshore facilities and losing the ability to self-propelled ship, are some of the key equipment on the civilian and military ship 

This topic is proposed under the function of towing winch, in order to improve the practicability of towing winch。 Towing machine is an important part of deck machinery, plays an important role in the safety of the ship。 At present, the use of towing winch are most of small and medium-sized towing winch electric windlass, electric towing winch structure is larger, some ships use not convenient。 In order to improve the competitiveness of the market, should start from reducing the structure of the towing winch, therefore, this paper designed the hydraulic windlass。 

This paper is to design of towing winch, studies the design method of the towing winch, and establish the three-dimensional model, on the motion simulation, finally optimized design using ANSYS software towing winch, finally get the final plan of towing winch, the main research contents are as follows: 

1) understand the structure and working principle of towing winch, the basic parameters of towing winch to carry on the design and structure design of towing winch, in preparation for the follow-up work。 

2) 3 d modeling of towing winch, and establish the virtual prototype, and the towing winch movement simulation。 

3) using the ANSYS software to analyze towing winch important components, optimizing the structure design, it is concluded that the final solution。
