摘要本文的主要内容是新型箱式盘架式干燥器的设计。本文介绍了干燥技术及其发展,所要干燥的物料是水果蔬菜等不适宜高温干燥的食物。对这些食物进行干燥处理后可以降低它们所含水分,防止腐败变质,有效延长了它们的保藏时间。82153
现有的实现这一过程的传统干燥器多采用高温加热脱去食物本身水分,虽然效果明显,但高温容易导致部分食物分子发生变化,影响食物味觉或使食物部分营养成分流失。传统的晒干和风干虽然可以避开高温对食物进行干燥,但容易受到灰尘污染且被环境因素制约。设计一款在常温下干燥食物的干燥器便可有效解决这些问题。新型箱式盘架式干燥器在箱体内部对食物进行干燥并加入除尘装置有效防止了灰尘污染,采用低功率压缩机作为除水装置和薄壁结构,不会因温度过高破坏食物成分,影响食物口感,破坏食物营养成分。
本文根据所需干燥的食物特性和产量来设计箱式干燥器,从而确定所有的结构参数,最后选取压缩机、风扇等装置。

The box type dryer is designed according to the desired properties and dry food production, then I determine the structure of all parameters, and finally select the compressor, fan and other devices。
