摘要造船是一项工程量巨大的工程,它涉及多个领域,包括:电路,管道,机械,舾 装等。尤其是由于船舶的大型化,更是加长了造船周期,加大了工人的工作量。改变 传统的造船方式,寻求高效率的造船方法刻不容缓。81937

随着世界经济的进一步发展,海上运输业大力发展从而带动了现代造船工艺的不 断更新与进步。近年来,造船生产设计的发展与运用,大大提高了现代造船的质量和 效率。生产设计在设计阶段对后期建造进行规划,预测可能遇到的问题并提出解决方 案。它能够协调建造过程中各部门之间的联系,将生产过程中会出现的矛盾最小化, 从而节约工时,提高工人的生产效率,确保船舶的建造质量。本文介绍了液散货船的 性质特点和国内建造情况,并且以 80500DWT 液散货船 D14C 甲板分段为例,通过 CAD 作图,画出重点板材的剖面图,细化每块板材的具体规格和结构特点;列出零件明细 表,并且对特殊零件的制作要领进行说明;同时画出了吊环、吊马图,具体阐述了生 产设计在船舶建造中的具体应用。在文章中同时也提出了该分段的建造方针,进一步 阐明了我国造船生产模式的现状

Abstract Shipbuilding is a project with huge amount of work, and including various of periods, such as circuit, piping, mechanical, outfitting etc。 Especially because of the large size of the ship, the shipbuilding cycle is lengthened, and the workload of workers is increased。 It is urgent to change the traditional shipbuilding mode and find the efficient method of shipbuilding。

With the further development of the world economy,the marine transport industry is

expanding and has led to the continuous renewal and progress of modern shipbuilding technology。 In recent years, the development and application of shipbuilding production and design has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of modern shipbuilding。 Production and design layouts the late construction in the design phase, forecasting the problems which may be encountered and providing solutions。 It can build coordination between departments in the process of contact, minimize the problems in the period of production, thus it can save time, improve the productivity of workers and ensure the construction quality of the ship。 This paper introduces the characteristics and the  domestic

construction of liquid bulk carrier,taking 80500DWT liquid bulk carrier as an example,

through CAD mapping, draw the key sheet of the profile, detailed specifications and structural characteristics of each plate; listed parts list and described the production methods of the special parts; draw rings and hanging maps, stating the application of the production design in the ship construction in details。 At the same time, the paper also puts forward the construction principle of the subsection, and further illustrates the current situation of shipbuilding production mode in our country。
