摘要随着经济的发展与汽车行业在世界的繁荣,每年废弃的轮胎正急剧增加,而相对应没有一个好的处理废弃轮胎的方法,导致废弃轮胎对环境有着很大的压力。对于处理废旧轮胎,国内外有着诸多的方法,例如焚烧、填埋、作为燃料及热解等方式。堆放填埋能够处理大量废弃轮胎,但是从长远来看,并不能达到可持续发展的要求。传统焚烧虽然能快速处理大量的废弃轮胎,但会对大气造成严重的危害。热解作为一种化学工艺,不仅能够处理好亟待处理的废弃轮胎,还能够得到高附值产物,这对于处理好废弃轮胎有很大意义。84811

在用废轮胎制油的过程中,废轮胎裂解油气的冷凝换热环节,是影响废轮胎热解油产率与质量的最关键因素之一。而在废轮胎裂解制油的全套设备中,冷凝换热装置的设计并没有非常成熟的理论方法可以利用。这导致人们在开发这类设备时,不得不采用经验以及估算的方法,这对废轮胎热解油制取生产设备的精细化制造有非常大影响,进而影响到整个废轮胎热解油行业的发展。

针对上述问题,本论文在大量阅读国内外文献在冷凝换热装置设计理论与方法的基础上,采用混合式冷凝换热装置,具体研究高温裂解油气与常温废轮胎热解油在冷凝装置中直接接触进而冷凝液化的方式。提出了在整套冷凝设备中的设计方法、步骤、参数以及取值,研究设计出了适用于年产5000吨制油装置的冷凝换热系统,包括冷凝液化装置以及油—水换热器。

Abstract With the economic development and prosperity of auto industry in the world, every year waste tires is rapidly increasing, and the corresponding not a good method for treatment of discarded tires, lead to scrap tire has a lot of pressure on the environment。 For processing waste tires, both at my country and abroad with many methods, such as incineration, landfill, as a fuel, and pyrolysis。 Piled up in the landfill to deal with a large number of discarded tires, but in the long run, does not meet the requirements of sustainable development。 Although traditional incineration can quickly handle a large number of discarded tires, but will cause serious harm to the atmosphere。 Pyrolysis as a kind of chemical process, not only can deal with the waste tires to deal with, also can get high attached value product, it has a great significance to deal with waste tires。

In the process of system of waste tires oil, waste tire pyrolysis oil and gas condensation heat exchange links, is affecting the quality of waste tire pyrolysis oil production rate and one of the most key factors。In complete set of waste tire pyrolysis oil, the design of the condensation heat transfer device is not very mature theoretical method can be used。 This leads to people in the development of such devices, have had to adopt the method of experience and estimation, the waste tires pyrolysis oil production of fine production equipment has great influence, and affect the whole waste tire pyrolysis oil industry development。

According to the above problem, this paper in a lot of reading literature at home and abroad in the condensation heat transfer device, on the basis of design theory and method, adopt the hybrid condensation heat exchange device, the research on high temperature pyrolysis oil and gas and waste tires pyrolysis oil at normal temperature in the condensing unit direct contact and then condensing liquid。 Puts forward the design method, steps in the condensation of a complete set of equipment, parameters and values, the research designed the device is suitable for the system of annual output of 5000 tons of oil in the condensation heat transfer system, including condensing liquefaction plant, and oil – water
