2015 年 11 月 15 日,第二届江苏省“四洋杯”柴油机拆装大赛暨 江苏科技大学第六届柴油机拆装大赛在我校圆满落幕。我校在比赛中 摘得桂冠,然而随着制造工艺的更新,制造技术的提高,柴油机的装 配每年都在变化,我校作为柴油机拆装大赛的主办方与大赛的参赛者, 在柴油机拆装的教学方面应该紧跟时代的步伐。而多媒体教学正是现 代教学不可或缺的组成部分,因此有必要在柴油机拆装方面对教学方 式进行现代化的更新。
本文主要研究的是常柴 CZ380Q 柴油机。全文是通过对 CZ380Q 柴 油机的实地拆装、测绘、三维建模、运动仿真、三维动画、以及后期 的视频剪辑等来完成的虚拟拆装。其中所用软件包括:pro/e 、Camtasia studio 8。6、文字播音员、Word、Photoshop 等。
