摘要无论是纺织品生产，还是纺织机械制造，中国都是制造大国。但是，目前来说，中国在这两方面来说，并不算强大。在许多中小型纺织企业中，由于受到生产能力、生产规模和生产研发力量的制约，纺织产品和纺织机械的科技含量不高，这在很大程度上对纺织行业的产品的质量和销量有很大的影响。在我国的纺织机械制造中，国内已经有了很多具备自动化水平的印花和验布的设备，但是有关质量检测的工作大部分还是由人力来完成的。高效率的自动验布技术成为纺织类产品的质量保证。86282

本课题提出了一种简单的成品绸卷验机的机械结构设计方案，不仅可用于成品绸、化纤、棉麻等布料的自动检验疵点，也可用于生绸的检测。首先本文阐述了成品绸卷验机的工作原理，给出成品绸卷验机机械结构设计的总体方案；然后再利用Auto CAD制图软件绘制出卷验机的机械结构设计，用Pro/E对机械结构设计进行建模装配。

Abstract Whether it is textile production, or textile machinery manufacturing, China is a manufacturing country。 However, at present, China is not powerful in these two areas。 In many small and medium-sized textile enterprises, due to the constraints of production capacity, production scale and production research and development strength, textile products and textile machinery science and technology content is not high, which in a great extent on the textile industry products quality and sales。 In China's textile machinery manufacturing, the country has a lot of automatic level of printing and cloth inspection equipment, but most of the work of the quality inspection is done by the human。 High efficiency automatic cloth inspection technology becomes the quality assurance of textile products。

This paper proposes a refined silk volume checking machine mechanical structure design, not only can be used for the finished silk, chemical fiber and cotton cloth of the automatic inspection of defects, can also be used for detection of raw silk。 First of all, this paper expounds the working principle of the finished silk rolling machine, give the finished silk roll machine structure design scheme of test, and then use the Auto CAD drawing software rendering of volumes test machine mechanical structure design, and use Pro/E on the mechanical structure design of assembly modeling。
